In case of emergency the first thing to do in any property damaging emergency is to take immediate action to alleviate the problem, and keep the damage to a minimum. This means that the first emergency call should be placed to:

• 911 (fire, medical emergency, major water leaks, crime or sewer back-ups)
• Dominion Power 866-366-4357 (downed power lines, no electricity)
• Arlington County Water 703-228-6555 (no water, water main leaks)
• For any water leaks or plumbing problems within your unit – remember to first turn off your water (under the kitchen sink in the upper units and in the downstairs closet for lower units)

Fire and severe or life threatening common area damages are the only emergencies that require an after-hours call to Northern Virginia Management at 571-244-3015 after the Fire Department or other emergency response unit has been called. Please follow the emergency instructions given on the message.
